Rice fields in Tegalalang

Tegalalang is an amazing place to stop if you like to see the Bali rice fields. There are acres of rice fields as far as you can see.  They spread out on several hills and extend down to bottom of the hills where water flows in a small river. If you can take photo, it is better to go down from the street instead of taking photos from by the street or from the car windows.

The view of rice fields is better when there is water on the fields. Because it will create reflection of the sky and the coconut trees growing in between the rice fields.
